Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

15%of course fee for cancellations less than 5 business days prior to the course date; 50% for cancellations less than 2 business days prior to the course date; full course fee will be charged to “no-shows”.

Emilcott reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course should minimum enrollment not be met. Should a course be cancelled, we will make every attempt to contact enrollees immediately up until the night before a course. Enrollees will have the option of being transferred to the next available course, or may request a full refund. Liability for cancelled courses is limited to the course fee.

Audio/Video Recording Policy

Video and audio recordings of Emilcott events and courses are prohibited without prior consent from Emilcott.
