National Safety Council Defensive Driving Training

Designed by the National Safety Council and recognized by many states and insurance companies for premium discounts, this course can help with driver improvement and a reduction in vehicle incidents.

Emilcott will come to your facility and deliver a comprehensive 6-8 hour course. We can customize the curriculum to address your facility’s specific needs and issues.  Intended as a very interactive session, students will review case studies and participate in group discussions. Topics covered include: the drivers personal responsibility; the impact of proper vehicle care and maintenance; environmental conditions and other hazards; accident avoidance; obeying the law; and sharing the road with other vehicles and pedestrians.  The training will also look at current vehicle safety features, advances in technology as well as the latest problems with traffic.
