Who Should Attend?

Anyone with the responsibility for First Aid, CPR, or emergency medical care at a facility or worksite: Supervisors, Forepersons, Managers, etc.

Learning Objectives:

The OSHA First Aid standard (29 CFR 1910.151) requires trained first-aid providers at all workplaces of any size if there is no “infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees.”

This course will satisfy that requirement. At the end of this course the attendees will learn how to perform CPR, basic First Aid, how to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and gain the knowledge to protect themselves from Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP). Each attendee who successfully completes this course will receive a wallet card for CPR, First Aid, AED, & BBP.
