Who Should Attend? Annual renewal of a worker's 40- or 24-Hour HazWOPER training is an OSHA requirement if you are actively working at a hazardous waste operation (including a Brownfield). HazWOPER training is recommended for environmental professional, engineers, geologists, drillers, surveyors, contractors, and those working in or around hazardous waste operations.

What You Will Learn
We have a great Hazwoper Refresher planned for 2012! We will address the new OSHA Crane Standard with a section on working safely around cranes, as well as excavation safety, heat stress and multi-employer worksite. Using a combination of classroom instruction, and group/individual exercises, students will learn about recognizing chemical, physical and biological hazards both indoors and out. The refresher will review important OSHA regulatory changes and updates in both construction and general industry.
