Who Should Attend?
This course will benefit anyone who has OSHA incidence rates as one of their performance measures, anyone who must maintain the OSHA 300 Log and complete OSHA 301 Forms and Workers' Compensation reports. It is recommended for H&S and HR managers, supervisors, safety committees, and facility medical staff.

Learning Objectives
Understand proper and pro-active method of keeping OSHA recordkeeping logs of workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with OSHA requirements (including proper completion of the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Form).

What You Will Learn
This course is designed to help students understand the differences between common OSHA terminologies such as illness vs. injury, medical treatment vs. first aid, and lost vs. restricted workdays. Students will learn how to meet the basic requirements of OSHA Recordkeeping, yet (most importantly) avoid over-reporting. And, students will understand the difference between Workers' Compensation and OSHA reporting requirements.
