• A vapor intrusion study can be used as part of the clean-up plan to assess the health risk that future indoor air contaminants might have on new structures
  
• During reclamation, health and safety oversight and industrial hygiene exposure monitoring should be performed
  
• After site work is completed documentation must be maintained to demonstrate that compliance was met and that there were no adverse health effects to workers and the community
