Description
If you are actively working on hazardous waste sites, including Brownfields, you must renew your initial HazWOPER training annually. Emilcott’s courses are updated every year and introduce new topics to give you the opportunity to learn more about health and safety on the job.
What You Will Learn
As required, the 2007 Emilcott Refresher will cover important regulatory changes and updates in both construction and general industry. There will also be a discussion of the Multi Employer Citation Policy, a review of air monitoring, emergency exposure limits, and respiratory protection selection. Additional sections will cover fire prevention and protection, excavation safety awareness, and hazard Assessment and control.
Who Should Attend?
OSHA requires Annual Refresher training to the initial 40 or 24 - Hour HazWOPER training for anyone who is actively working at a hazardous waste operation (including Brownfields). Emilcott offers a new course every year to make it worth your time. This training is recommended for environmental professionals, engineers, geologists, drillers, surveyors, contractors, and those working in or around hazardous waste operations. Conveniently offered every month!
