Training will be given in hazard recognition, assessment, and air monitoring; proper use and selection of PPE, including air-supplied respirators; decontamination; medical surveillance; and general site safety concerns. This course will prepare you to deal with an actual HazMat emergency. Who Should Attend? OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.120 (q) recognizes that site personnel can be trained to assume an aggressive role in stopping HazMat releases (patching, plugging, etc).
