Who Should Attend? This course is designed for managers, supervisors or anyone who needs the initial training to comply with handling, shipping or storage of hazardous materials under DOT and IATA. This means anyone who needs to sign shipping papers/EPA’s hazardous waste manifests, prepare and offer materials for transport, or oversees those activities by employees. New employees who handle hazardous materials must be trained within 90-days and the training must be refreshed every three years under DOT, two years under IATA or periodically as rules change.
